The candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage electrical installations; inspecting distribution panels; replacing electrical components; monitoring critical systems; and responding to electrical emergencies with autonomy and efficiency. Their role will be essential in ensuring operational continuity, installation safety, and readiness for emergency situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience as an electrician in residential, industrial, or facilities environments. * Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of low-voltage electrical installations. * Ability to read and interpret single-line electrical diagrams. * Proficiency in using electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter). * Valid and up-to-date NR-10 certification (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services). * Solid knowledge of Brazilian technical standards (NBR 5410 – Low-Voltage Electrical Installations). * Skill in using hand and power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, drill, screwdriver gun). **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. * NR-35 certification (Work at Heights). * SEP certification (Power Electrical System). * Experience in hospitality environments, clubs, resorts, or high-end developments. * Knowledge of building automation (lighting control, smart systems). * Experience maintaining emergency power generation systems (diesel generators, UPS). * Knowledge of HVAC and air-conditioning systems (electrical interface). * Experience with medium-voltage installations (substations, transformers). * Knowledge of SPDA systems (Lightning Protection Systems). * Experience working night shifts in facilities or large-scale developments. **Work Model** On-site, rotating shift schedule: **6 days on / 2 days off**, either during the day shift (**06:00–14:00 or 08:00–16:00**) or night shift (**22:00–06:00**) at the club’s headquarters located in the Santo Amaro region, adjacent to the Transamérica Bridge, with easy access via CPTM Santo Amaro Station. **What We Offer:** * Salary negotiable * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Professional development and career progression opportunities **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage electrical installations. * Conduct critical inspections of substations, distribution panels, electrical switchboards, and power and lighting circuits. * Monitor critical electrical systems (emergency generators, UPS, emergency lighting systems). * Identify and rectify faults in electrical installations, circuits, circuit breakers, outlets, switches, and protective devices. * Replace defective electrical components (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, fuses, cables, connectors) with technical autonomy. * Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions. * Maintain lighting systems in critical areas (parking lots, entrances, valet zones, swimming pools, emergency exits, and locker rooms). * Perform continuity tests and measure voltage, current, and resistance in electrical circuits. * Carry out electrical connections in distribution panels, control panels, and various equipment. * Verify operation of automatic lighting activation systems (presence sensors, photocells, timers). * Maintain power systems for water pumps, compressors, elevators, and HVAC equipment. * Monitor and record energy consumption readings, panel temperatures, and electrical equipment temperatures. * Identify and report anomalies in electrical installations to the Lead Electrician or Maintenance Coordinator during the next shift. * Ensure installation safety by strictly adhering to safety regulations (NR-10, NBR 5410). * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Keep tools, measuring instruments, and electrical materials under their responsibility organized. * Complete detailed technical reports on performed services, attended emergencies, and identified anomalies. * Work autonomously during the shift, making sound technical decisions in emergency situations. * Participate in technical training sessions, daily safety dialogues (DDS), and shift handover meetings.
