Job Summary: Installer and technician for electronic security systems, responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV, alarm, and electric fence systems, as well as guiding customers. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of various electronic security systems. 2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. 3. Providing customers with guidance on system usage and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Install electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, sensors, electric fences, access control, etc.). * Run and organize cables, mount equipment, and perform adjustments. * Configure and test systems to ensure full functionality. * Identify and resolve faults or defects in equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Guide customers on basic system usage and maintenance. * Adhere to technical and workplace safety standards. * Document completed services and prepare technical reports. **Requirements:** * Installation and configuration of analog and digital (IP) CCTV systems. * Safe assembly and installation of electric fences. * Use of specialized software for monitoring and programming electronic security equipment. * Ability to listen to and understand customer needs. * Clear and concise communication. * Proactivity in providing guidance and practical solutions. * Rapid field diagnosis and resolution of technical faults.
