Job Summary: Opportunity for an Electromechanical Technician in an animal nutrition manufacturing company, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, fault diagnosis, and ensuring continuous production. Focus on safety, proper maintenance, and production continuity An animal nutrition manufacturing company located in Cerqueira César/SP, with a lean organizational structure and highly productive operations. The factory employs approximately 20 people and has a weekly production capacity of 5,000 to 6,000 tons of animal feed. The work environment is operational, collaborative, and process-efficiency oriented, emphasizing safety, proper equipment maintenance, and uninterrupted production. **Job responsibilities include**: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment at the feed mill, including mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and mechanical and electrical systems; * Diagnosing electromechanical failures, identifying root causes, and executing necessary repairs to ensure continuous production; * Monitoring equipment performance and proactively preventing unplanned downtime; * Performing adjustments, component replacements, lubrication, and calibrations as required by operational needs; * Maintaining records and control of performed maintenance activities using spreadsheets and internal tracking systems; * Responding immediately to emergency maintenance requests, when necessary; * Ensuring organization of the maintenance department, tools, and work equipment; * Complying with safety regulations, internal procedures, and industrial best practices. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance; * Prior experience in a feed mill or similar industrial environment is preferred; * Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance (mills, elevators, motors, conveyor belts, electrical and mechanical systems); * Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours; * Technical training in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred. **Compensation:** * Negotiable salary based on experience; * 30% hazard pay allowance. **Benefits:** * Basic food basket; * Overtime pay; * Performance bonus after 3 months of employment; * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM; * Availability to respond to emergencies outside standard working hours is required, as needed.
