Job Summary: The professional will perform equipment installation and preventive/corrective maintenance while ensuring workplace safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment. 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace, using PPE. 3. Supervise third-party professionals for support and training. ***Job Description:*** Install and maintain elevators, automatic doors, and automatic gates; organize and execute tasks by preparing sites for equipment installation; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance—both corrective and preventive—on company machinery, equipment, and facilities, following a schedule defined by supervisors or as requested; disassemble equipment, inspect and repair defects, replace parts, lubricate, test completed work, and authorize equipment re-use. Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, including materials, tools, machines, and equipment used in daily tasks; request removal, replacement, or repair of parts and equipment via specialized technical assistance when necessary; follow safety procedures during work and use PPE appropriately. Provide service and perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed or requested by immediate supervisors. Record performed services in control spreadsheets. Supervise third-party professionals during maintenance tasks for training purposes and/or to provide support and guidance. Occasionally perform welding tasks. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** **Reside in Jundiaí**, preferably in neighborhoods near the Industrial District. Must be available to work from **Monday to Saturday** (overtime availability required if necessary). Education: Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or Maintenance. Proven experience in this role.
