Monitoring equipment performance and making adjustments The company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician in Cerqueira César. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment at the feed mill, including mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose electromechanical failures, identify root causes, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted production. Monitor equipment performance and act proactively to prevent unplanned shutdowns. Perform adjustments, component replacements, lubrication, and calibrations as required by operational needs. Maintain records of performed maintenance activities using spreadsheets and internal tracking systems. Respond immediately to emergency maintenance requests when necessary. Ensure proper organization of the maintenance department, tools, and work equipment. Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and industrial best practices. Previous experience as an Electromechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Electrician, or Electromechanical Engineer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
