Job Summary: This position supports the control and closure of Service Orders, completes forms, and monitors aircraft maintenance documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the control and opening of Service Orders 2. Completes inspection and procedure forms 3. Monitors and executes the closure of Service Orders **Position: Documentation Assistant \- CTM** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the control of Service Order opening in the system, printing of inspection checklists, protocols, and preparation of documentation. * Complete forms (CVA, preliminary inspection, procedure inspection, among others) at the time of Service Order opening, in accordance with established procedures. * Monitor and execute Service Order closure, issue descriptive labels as required, print and affix them to the inspected aircraft's documents, and maintain other records and guidelines to preserve the physical file history at CTM; * Support the preparation of the Controlled Components Map, Guidelines, Segvôos, major modifications, inspections, and expiration dates, based on documentation records, for physical verification by the maintenance/inspection team. * Verify signatures and documentation of traceable parts used during maintenance stages to fully complete and finalize Service Orders. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a university program in Administration, Information Technology, or Aeronautics. * Prior experience in aircraft maintenance documentation is desirable. * Basic knowledge of rotary-wing aircraft maintenance routines is desirable. **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * On-site Cafeteria * Meal Allowance * On-site Parking * Study Grant (granted upon approval) * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance * Health and Well-being: TotalPass and Vida Link § Birthday Day Off § Personal-Day **Location and Schedule:** * Carapicuíba – SP * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Employment Type: Full-time CLT \- On-site** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
