Greentech stands out for excellence in customer service and its continuous pursuit of innovative solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. ______________________________________________________________________________________ The External Sales Consultant II will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing customers in the **São José dos Campos and Vale do Paraíba/South Minas Gerais regions**, acting strategically to expand and strengthen the company’s market presence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively prospect new B2B customers, identifying business opportunities; * Manage and develop the customer portfolio, maintaining close, consultative relationships; * Conduct commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts; * Conduct external visits, accompanying the customer throughout the entire sales cycle; * Apply the **Hunter/Farmer model**, balancing new customer acquisition with existing customer retention; * Monitor performance indicators and commercial targets; * Ensure service excellence aligned with the company’s commercial strategies. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of **3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales**; * Experience in field sales and commercial negotiation; * Results-oriented profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational capability, resilience, and persistence; * Availability for field work, using a corporate car, notebook, and mobile phone. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in the **intralogistics sector** or related fields; * Interest in continuous development and technical-commercial learning.
