As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, executing commercial pillars (appointments, listings, referrals, and consultative customer service), and guiding customers from first contact through delivery and post-delivery, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. You will also keep listings updated and coordinate external processes (financing, consortium, etc). RESPONSIBILITIES * Achieve monthly sales targets; * Execute sales pillars: scheduling, listings, referrals, and excellent customer service; * Contribute to store listings and ensure they remain up-to-date and accurately priced; * Ensure external processes—including financing, consortium, and vehicle registration—are correctly handled with proper procedural control, while monitoring final outcomes.
