Quantify materials, labor, and services for building construction and renovation projects based on the layout provided by the client, preliminary scope, and technical site visits. Determine resources required for the project and define timelines necessary for deploying these resources according to the scope. Prepare commercial proposals and their attachments, clearly and objectively describing the scope, supply details, and execution methodology. Requirements: Technical education in building construction; an engineering degree is considered a plus. Experience in construction budgeting and planning, ability to read technical drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, familiarity with budgeting software such as Orçafascio, Sienge, Mais Controle or similar tools, capability to develop budgets using custom compositions, experience conducting technical site visits, and ability to prepare schedules and plans. Knowledge of SINAPI and TCPA cost databases; valid driver’s license required. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
