Job Summary: Professional to perform demolition tasks, assist in various civil construction activities, and maintain and clean construction sites, machinery, and tools. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in environmental activities, carpentry, masonry, and painting 2. Assistance in various areas of civil construction 3. Maintenance of machinery and tools **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Demolish concrete and masonry buildings and other structures; * Assist in performing masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks; * Prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil; * Perform cleaning of construction sites; * Perform manual pruning and weeding; * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures; * Assist in environmental activities; * Assist skilled workers in other tasks; * Perform maintenance, including cleaning machinery and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing any mechanical defects; * Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials; * Perform basic vehicle/equipment maintenance and arrange for additional maintenance, reporting failures and requesting necessary repairs; * Assist in loading, unloading, and delivering goods; * Assist in preparing materials to be processed or used on site; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the workplace, vehicles, machinery, and tools under one's responsibility; * Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards established by the Company; * Follow processes and other mechanisms required to meet the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS); * Ensure that the health, safety, and environmental management system complies with applicable requirements **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Incomplete Elementary Education; High School Education desirable (reading and writing proficiency) * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing activities * Experience in environmental activities, carpentry, masonry, and painting * Prior experience in civil construction/maintenance projects desirable * Elementary and High School Education desirable; * Previous experience in similar activities.
