




Handle medium-volume and medium-complexity procurement processes for machinery, equipment, office supplies, production materials, raw materials, etc., targeted at the Construction and Metallurgical sectors, based on budgets and quotations prepared by procurement analysts, aiming to ensure continuity of factory, office, and metallurgical operations within defined cost and time constraints. Execute procurement of materials and services in accordance with specifications stipulated in the Purchase Order. **Follow up on pending orders by contacting suppliers, investigating delivery delays or service execution delays, and resolving potential issues to meet agreed deadlines and/or contractual clauses.** Discuss technical details related to procurement complexity with suppliers and management as needed, based on specifications. **Meet requisition volume requirements by ensuring acquisition of quality products and contracting of services at the lowest market price and/or most favorable payment terms, within deadlines required by projects and departments.** Carry out material supply contracting: contact suppliers, prepare quotations, analyze budgets, negotiate prices and payment terms, finalize orders upon supervisor approval, and arrange issuance of relevant documentation. **Draft and manage technical procurement and labor contracts according to existing templates, negotiating timelines, values, and adjustment mechanisms.** Evaluate and engage current and prospective suppliers by visiting facilities, reviewing work processes, conducting market research and intelligence, and verifying their technical and commercial capabilities and product quality to ensure appropriate supply sources aligned with company needs. **Organize, manage, and update physical archives of technical catalogs and materials.** Continuously analyze processes under your responsibility to promote rationalization, efficiency, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement. **Conduct periodic visits to internal factory departments (production and warehouse) and construction sites to verify on-site utilization of procured products, and collect suggestions from supervisors regarding cost reduction, waste prevention, and process improvements.** Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent employment Salary: R$3,500.00 – R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Selection question(s): * Experience with ERP and Advanced Office software * Competencies and skills: Interpersonal communication – Attention and concentration – Organization and control – Teamwork Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
