Strong negotiation skills and clear communication **Description:** Responsibilities Manage technical service procurement processes in engineering, building maintenance, civil construction, and installations; Prepare and analyze technical and commercial budgets and proposals; Conduct proposal evaluations and negotiations with suppliers; Monitor service contracts to ensure compliance and performance; Track performance indicators and propose improvements; Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) for procurement management; Generate reports and analyses using advanced Excel; Collaborate with internal departments to identify requirements and align on technical specifications. Requirements Technical education in Building Construction or related fields; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration is preferred; Proven experience in technical procurement and contract management; Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system expertise; Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, sense of urgency, and organizational ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders; Experience in multidisciplinary projects; Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
