Job description: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our sales team! This position is intended for professionals who already have some experience in the commercial area and are prepared to take on individual sales targets. The Commercial Assistant will be directly responsible for sales conversion, customer retention, and commercial support. Responsibilities: \- Achieving individual sales targets; \- Managing and expanding the customer portfolio; \- Developing commercial proposals and conducting initial negotiations; \- Supporting active customers, ensuring strong customer relationships. Requirements: \- Completed high school education (technical or higher education is a plus); \- Prior experience in the commercial field or customer service; \- Strong communication skills, persuasive personality, and results-oriented mindset; \- Familiarity with ERP, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite; \- Organizational skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability.
