The **Collection Specialist** will manage, analyze, and optimize the outcomes of collection activities conducted by contracted advisory firms. The focus will be on reversing delinquency and recovering credit, monitoring advisory performance, and proposing adjustments to improve results. The focus will be on reversing delinquency and recovering credit, monitoring advisory performance, and proposing adjustments to improve results. **In this role, you will:** * Monitor advisory performance in credit recovery and delinquency reversal, evaluating performance indicators and achieved results. * Analyze performance reports provided by advisory firms, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. * Set recovery targets and hold advisory firms accountable for meeting them. * Provide ongoing feedback to advisory firms, suggesting improvements to collection strategies and adjusting actions as needed. * Monitor the effectiveness of collection techniques and propose adjustments to advisory firms’ approaches to ensure better results. * Track the status of delinquent accounts and coordinate specific actions with advisory firms to optimize credit recovery. * Visit advisory firms. * Deliver Jeitto product training to advisory firms. * Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc.). * Prepare periodic presentations on advisory performance results. * Propose and implement corrective actions when advisory performance fails to meet established targets. * Support the Technical & Product team in implementing the portfolio management system (Recupera), ensuring scalability and governance for our operations. **For this position, it is important that you have:** * Proven experience in collections and advisory management; * Strong ability to interpret and apply numerical data practically; * Robust strategic perspective on high-volume collection portfolio management; * Experience managing multiple distinct products simultaneously. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Familiarity with collection tools (Recupera, dialers); * Data literacy; * Proficiency in Excel. **Behavioral Skills (#ourjeitto)** We seek someone who identifies with and embodies our core behaviors: **Raise the Bar:** Set ambitious goals, deliver excellence consistently, and pursue constant improvement. **Boldness:** Challenge conventions.
