#### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the CNC machine operator team, ensuring machining activities are carried out effectively. * Program CNC machines (turning, milling, grinding) using CAD/CAM software and G\-Code and M\-Code languages. * Perform tool and machine setup and calibration, optimizing cutting parameters to ensure quality and productivity. * Analyze technical drawings and project specifications to identify the optimal sequence of operations and tools. * Monitor machine and team performance, implementing continuous improvements in machining processes. * Ensure first-level preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines, reporting complex failures to the maintenance team. * Apply and enforce occupational safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the machining area. #### **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in CNC machine operation and programming. * Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software for CNC program generation. * Solid knowledge of G\-Code and M\-Code for manual programming and cycle optimization. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT). * Experience in team leadership and shop-floor process management. * Knowledge of dimensional metrology and use of precision measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, height gauge). #### **Skills** * CNC Programming (G\-Code/M\-Code) * CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, Mastercam) * Technical Drawing Interpretation * GDT (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) * Dimensional Metrology * Team Management * CNC Machine Maintenance * Process Optimization * Precision Machining ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Cafeteria, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Voucher, Profit Sharing and Results Program, Career Development Plan, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Manufacturing \- Headquarters
