Organization, agility, and attention to detail. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Main responsibilities: * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments. * Clean common areas such as lobbies, elevators, staircases, parking garages, and reception areas. * Clean offices, restrooms, pantries, and administrative areas. * Proper collection and disposal of waste. * Restocking hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). * Sweeping, washing, and maintaining floors. * Cleaning and sanitizing production areas, where applicable. * Proper use of cleaning equipment and products. * Follow cleaning, hygiene, and organizational procedures. Desired technical requirements: * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques. * Understanding of good hygiene and maintenance practices. * Correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Basic knowledge of contamination prevention and environmental organization. * Compliance with applicable workplace safety and sanitation regulations.
