The responsibilities of this position include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, elevators, staircases, parking garages, and other public spaces within the condominium. The Sanitation and Maintenance Agent will also be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas such as gardens, playgrounds, and leisure areas, including the proper use and maintenance of cleaning machinery. Additionally, we seek a professional experienced in handling chemical cleaning products, as well as cleaning machines and equipment.
