Opportunity: Generalist Civil Construction Designer We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and holistic civil construction designer to join our team. If you master the BIM ecosystem, easily navigate across various engineering/architecture disciplines, and seek a growth-oriented environment, this position is for you! Responsibilities and Activities End-to-end development of integrated civil construction projects. Preparation and coordination of architectural designs. Sizing and detailing of structural designs. Development of installation projects: Electrical and Plumbing. Preparation of Fire Prevention and Protection Projects (preventive), in compliance with current regulations and fire department requirements. Ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination to prevent on-site interferences. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Course in Building Construction/Technical Drawing (with proven solid experience). Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential for BIM modeling and coordination). Technical proficiency in Eberick (essential for structural calculation and detailing). Practical knowledge of ABNT technical standards applicable to each discipline. Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills for project alignment. Desirable Qualifications (a plus) Prior experience with municipal government projects and legal approvals. Knowledge of BIM coordination processes (Navisworks or BIMcollab).
