Support for related building maintenance activities ATTENTION: POSITION LOCATED IN SÃO BERNARDO DO CAMPO Position: Painter Salary: R$ 2.137,40 + 30% hazard pay for location = R$ 2.778,62 per month. **Scope of Function – Building Painter (Industrial Environment)** **Responsibilities:** * Perform building painting services in internal and external areas of the industrial facility; * Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, corrections, application of filler, sealer, and primer); * Apply paints, enamels, varnishes, and coatings according to technical standards; * Conduct maintenance, touch-ups, and preservation of painted areas; * Maintain **continuous organization and cleanliness** of the work area; * Ensure proper storage and maintenance of materials and tools; * Strictly comply with **occupational safety regulations**; * Mandatory and appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * **Prohibition of mobile phone use during task execution**, except when authorized by leadership; * Provide support for related building maintenance activities when required. **Requirements:** * Experience in building painting; * Knowledge of surface preparation and material application; * Discipline, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Commitment to internal procedures and operational safety.
