The professional handles general repairs, inspections and part replacements, painting, masonry, plumbing, leak repairs, faucet replacements, toilet flush repairs, water tank cleaning, carpentry, joinery, daily inspections of rooms and restrooms, roof and float valve repairs, tool organization, consumable material control, problem identification ability, and prompt issue resolution. **SCHEDULE:** Tuesday to Saturday, from 07:30 to 17:30 **BENEFITS:** Coffee \+ lunch on site \+ shuttle service (Monday to Friday) \+ transportation allowance (6% deducted) \+ 40% hazard pay (calculated on minimum wage) **LOCATION:** Rua Gerson Benedito de Assis / Industrial District / Jundiaí Compensation: R$2\.593,44 \- R$2\.593,45 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Proven experience as a building maintenance technician? * NR 35 certification is a plus * Experience in masonry and plumbing?
