Position: **Building Maintenance Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment functionality; * Repair lighting equipment and electrical installations; * Replace lighting equipment, clean hydraulic equipment, clean and replace filters, repair cracks and fissures; * Restore paintwork, repair furniture, replace doors, repair ceilings; * Support electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance, carpentry, and masonry departments; **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of repairs, tools, building systems, and workplace safety; * Completion of elementary education; The following will be considered **preferred qualifications**: * Technical course in building maintenance, electrical systems, or hydraulic systems. * Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and building automation systems. * Experience working in building maintenance teams.
