This person will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, efficient system integration, and delivery of solutions that enhance comfort, security, and energy efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership for BMS projects, from conception through final delivery. * Support the Project Manager (PM) in planning, developing, and implementing the Customer Project Process (CPP) strategy. * Develop and review control, communication, and integration architectures with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), lighting, security, and power systems. * Organize and conduct Work Statement meetings. * Coordinate Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities. * Interact with clients, suppliers, and partners for technical alignment. * Support the proposal team in defining scope and technical estimates. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal standards, and customer requirements. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience in designing and executing BMS systems. * Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, DALI, MQTT, RESTful APIs, OPC UA, SNMP, and IEC 61850 standard, as well as computer networks and protocols including RSTP, MRP, PRP, HSR, etc., and ISA/IEC 62443 standards. * Proficiency in IT technologies such as ETHERNET networks, TCP/IP and VLANs, cybersecurity, Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud computing. * Proficiency in engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, etc.) and supervision platforms (e.g., EcoStruxure™ Building Operation Software). * Technical English (fluency preferred). **Desired Profile** * Technical leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
