Description: To participate in our process: * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering or related fields; * Experience in cell culture, protein purification or biological production; * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). You will stand out if you have: * Master's degree or specialization in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering or related fields; * Experience with liquid chromatography; * Experience with bioreactors; * Knowledge of Unicorn software. On a daily basis, you will: * Perform daily control of bioprocesses involving cell culture and protein purification (for example: pH, dissolved oxygen, cell viability, protein concentration measurement by absorbance at 280nm, additional tests may apply); * Follow established manufacturing procedure steps by requesting products to be manufactured in order to meet production demands; * Ensure that the production process complies with applicable standards and requirements, reporting any process or area deviations to your immediate supervisor; * Verify that the theoretical content of established operating procedures matches actual operational practices in routine production, reviewing existing documents as necessary or creating new ones to ensure traceability and repeatability of described operations; * Train and qualify new bioprocess operators in the use of production equipment, execution of analytical process control techniques, work methods and area routines; * Ensure cleaning of equipment and work areas, constantly verifying the need for sanitization to maintain good manufacturing practices; * Check incoming raw materials, verifying compliance with requested specifications using the inspection form to prevent errors in the production process; * Review completed manufacturing records to identify filling errors and implement necessary corrections according to current GMP regulations. 2511200202481879328
