Job Summary: A professional to provide personalized service at client units, focusing on pre-analytical routines, identifying improvements, and delivering training. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting training to enhance pre-analytical processes Your Challenges: * Provide personalized, on-site service at client units; * Monitor the client's pre\-analytical routine from patient reception through sample handling and shipment to DB; * Identify opportunities for improvement and provide exclusive support for pre\-analytical issues; * Prepare reports and monitor client indicators with a focus on continuous improvement; * Identify aspects that may improve customer management, developing adaptation strategies, satisfaction enhancement, and customer retention; * Deliver training to clients aimed at improving pre\-analytical processes according to DB's technical standards. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine and/or Biological Sciences; * Qualification and experience in clinical laboratory analysis with focus on the pre\-analytical phase; * Active registration with the relevant professional council; * Availability for travel and driver's license category B\* Preferred Qualification: * Residency in Brasília or nearby regions.
