




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monthly billing, invoice issuance, payment reconciliations, delinquent account management, and general departmental support. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Excel experience - Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; - Strong interpersonal relationship skills; - Proficiency in communication techniques. - Billing experience - Excel experience **Responsibilities:** - Perform monthly billing; - Issue invoices; - Process payment reconciliations; - Generate delinquent account reports; - Complete receivables and delinquency spreadsheets for submission to company management; - Conduct delinquent account collections (by phone) and submit daily reports to management with follow-up status for each company; - Support other departmental activities.
