Your mission will be to ensure tax compliance for outgoing documentation, verify and monitor shipping, issue electronic manifests within the applicable timeframe, issue GNRE, MDFE, and NF\-e, and archive documents, providing support to internal departments related to the billing process, ensuring accurate printing, organization, and release of documents. Responsibilities and Duties * Process sales orders / bonus invoices and supplier credit notes in the system according to company transactions. * Issue, cancel, and close MDF\-e for operations. * Receive inputs and register them in the Weighing System. * Perform weighing and billing for feed transfers between units. * Confirm invoices in NF\-e MASTER. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Verify, organize, digitize, and archive documents; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of tax legislation and tax procedures. * Proficiency with fiscal management systems and invoice entry.
