Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to work at a dealership, responsible for vehicle invoicing, issuing invoices, and providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Process new and used vehicle invoicing 2. Issue, file, and manage electronic invoices (NF-e) and bank slips 3. Support the preparation of billing reports and metrics We are looking for a Billing Assistant to join the team of a renowned dealership in Curitiba/PR. Main Responsibilities: • Process new and used vehicle invoicing, verifying invoices, amounts, and taxes; • Issue, file, and manage electronic invoices (NF-e) and bank slips; • Monitor outstanding billing issues with sales and finance departments; • Verify sales documents and update customer records; • Support the preparation of billing reports and metrics; • Liaise with banks and financial institutions to release billing documentation; • Perform administrative tasks related to the department. Requirements: • Prior experience in this role, preferably in the automotive sector. • Technical or higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable. • Basic knowledge of electronic invoices (NF-e), CFOP, taxes, and management systems.
