Job Summary: Responsible for issuing and sending transportation documentation, such as Electronic Freight Bills (CTEs), Electronic Document Manifests, and Service Invoices, as well as verifying and posting invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance and management of transportation documentation 2. Verification and posting of invoices 3. Basic Excel knowledge required **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Technical degree; * Preferred: Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed); * Basic Excel knowledge. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issuance and dispatch of all documentation related to transportation, including Electronic Freight Bills (CTEs), Electronic Document Manifests, and additional costs (Service Invoices and Debit Notes); * System posting of physically received CTEs and invoices; * Verification of invoices submitted by customers.
