Responsibilities include organizing documents, reviewing tender notices, preparing proposals, and monitoring procurement portals. **Responsibilities:** * Research and monitor tenders on federal, state, and municipal procurement portals. * Read tender notices and identify basic requirements. * Prepare proposals in accordance with tender notices. * Register and update company information on procurement portals. * Organize certificates and required documents. * Support participation in electronic auctions and submission of attachments. * Record procurement processes and track certificate validity periods. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred). * Basic knowledge of procurement procedures is a plus. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
