Identification and resolution of issues in the production process We seek a professional to operate extrusion machines for plastic film production, ensuring product quality and proper equipment operation according to production specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** Adjust machine settings and perform material feeding, ensuring produced film complies with production sheet specifications. Accurately complete the production sheet with information such as date, estimated weight, quantity produced, generated trimmings, and other process-related data. Operate the machine by inflating the bubble and making necessary adjustments to produce films according to technical specifications. Identify and resolve issues in the production process, performing required adjustments for producing medium-complexity materials—such as treated film, sheet, infested film, and accordion-folded film—as specified in the production sheet. Clean filters of the pump, gravimetric hoppers, and dehumidifier to ensure proper equipment operation. Identify and adjust appropriate screens and temperatures for each resin type and film thickness to be produced. Operate the agglomerator following safety and quality procedures. **Requirements:** Experience operating plastic film extrusion machines. Knowledge of machine adjustment and production process control. Attention to quality and safety standards.
