Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Assistant to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks 2. Perform testing and repairs on fiber optic systems 3. Guide customers on the use of installed services We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team. The professional will assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring installations are performed satisfactorily and that services contracted by customers operate continuously. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of fiber optic system installation and maintenance, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow within this field. * REQUIREMENTS **Reside in QUATIS / RJ (MANDATORY);** **Possess driver's license category B (MANDATORY);** Completed high school education; Computer literacy; * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in installing fiber optic networks in residential, commercial, and other locations; Assist in conducting tests and certifications to ensure proper network functionality; Assist in identifying and repairing faults in fiber optic systems; Assist in configuring related equipment, such as routers and ONTs; Assist in guiding customers on appropriate usage of installed services; Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs; Assist in deactivating services resulting from cancellations; * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience installing fiber optic systems; Willingness to work on-site; Knowledge of FTTH GPON network and equipment installation/repair; * BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Responsible, punctual, and committed to teamwork. * BENEFITS Competitive salary; Professional development courses (to help you excel!); Dental plan; Group life insurance; Pharmacy discount program; Wellhub (Gympass); Utilities partnerships (water/gas); Exempt internet connection (400MB); "Técnico Legal" Program; Flexible multi-benefit card: R$500.00\.
