Team collaboration and discretion in the workplace. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Clean and maintain internal and external areas, including floors, rooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias, staircases, elevators, and glass surfaces. * Collect regular and recyclable waste, properly packaging residues according to local regulations. * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, alcohol, etc.) in designated areas. * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly, following procedures and safety guidelines. * Maintain orderly environments and proper use of work materials. * Report abnormalities, material replenishment needs, or maintenance requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Provide operational support when required, such as light furniture handling, opening facilities, or assisting other departments. * Strictly comply with company and client hygiene, safety, and professional conduct protocols. * Maintain respectful, courteous, and collaborative behavior toward colleagues and facility users. * Perform related tasks, as assigned by the hierarchical superior, within the scope of one's competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Organization and responsibility * Attention to detail * Regular attendance and punctuality * Agility and physical fitness * Respect for rules and hierarchy * Ability to work effectively in a team * Discretion and strong interpersonal skills ### **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental plan. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
