Tax Assistant (Pre\-billing) Are you looking for a new opportunity in the tax field? Zortéa Construções, a major company in the Construction and Engineering sector, has an open position for a Tax Assistant. In this role, you will have the chance to play a key role in supporting the organization’s tax activities. Main Responsibilities: \- Monitoring ANFEs \- NFes/CT\-es; * Tax analysis of product invoices; * Tax analysis of service invoices; * Verification of product/service invoices against Purchase Orders; * Recording of invoices in FLUIG (document management system); * Recording of invoices and bills in the ERP – Sênior – Branch 19; * Active participation in tax/tributary audit routines upon delivery of goods; * Control of maintenance plan contract documents and others (printing, signatures, protocol, clarifications); * Issuance of invoices in accordance with current legislation; * Verification of waybill data against issued invoices; * Issuance of MDF\-e when applicable, in accordance with legislation; * Verification of inventory/allocation in the system prior to issuance of standalone invoices; * Guidance to the BEP team for necessary adjustments in cases of standalone invoice issuance. Requirements: Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration; * Experience with ERP systems (Sênior); * Knowledge of CFOP and ICMS/IPI taxation; * Knowledge of taxes withheld on service invoices (ISS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IR, INSS); * Issuance of electronic invoices (NF\-e).
