Come be part of it. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supporting the finance department’s operational routines, ensuring information organization, accuracy, and timely delivery. Will handle accounts payable, bank reconciliation, invoice issuance, document control, and support financial closings. Main responsibilities: * Execute financial postings and reconciliations; * Manage payments and receipts; * Issue invoices and monitor bills and collections; * Support monthly closings and report preparation; * Address suppliers and customers regarding financial inquiries. * Assist with daily financial operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience: Prior experience in financial routines, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and familiarity with invoices; **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google tools); * Familiarity with financial management and bank reconciliation systems (ERPs and financial management systems); * Basic knowledge of accounting and cash flow; * Understanding of service and product invoices. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines and information quality; * Ethics, discretion, and responsibility in handling financial data; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively.
