Job Summary:
This professional will be responsible for financial control, ATM monitoring, reconciliations, and support in banking and regulatory routines.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week / Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Cash control and verification, including analysis and resolution of discrepancies;
* ATM (Automated Teller Machine) monitoring and management, including replenishment and adjustments;
* Execution of centralized treasury routines and cash closing;
* Support in check management (CCF, stop payments, returns, and adjustments);
* Conducting financial reconciliations and bank settlements;
* Monitoring financial transactions (TED, Pix, loans, credit, etc.);
* Control of financial products such as cards, fees, and revolving credit;
* Execution of various operational routines (liens, bills, Detran, among others);
* Support for regulatory and judicial requirements, and preparation of managerial reports;
* Operational visits to branches and technical support to staff;
* Training of new employees and support via internal systems;
* Monitoring of departmental KPIs and internal controls.
**Requirements:** **Education:**
* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions;
* Prior experience in financial routines, treasury, reconciliation, or banking operations.
