Location: Maceió/AL Industry: Supermarket Key responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees); Assist with hiring and termination procedures; Manage electronic timekeeping and monitor overtime bank; Support payroll and benefits administration; Organize employee documents and files; Support training and development initiatives; Provide assistance to employees for clarifying questions. Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; Previous experience in HR routine tasks; Basic knowledge of labor legislation; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience in retail or supermarket sectors; Familiarity with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems.
