Description
* Support the Quality department on site, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, contractual, and applicable quality management system requirements, contributing to service conformity and continuous process improvement.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Maintain up-to-date, organized, and controlled electronic and physical Quality and Company Administration System files.
* Perform quality control on site through inspections and monitoring of critical work execution.
* Complete and manage Quality Checklists (QC Lists).
* Support and/or conduct supplier audits, as requested by the Business Unit (BU) or the Quality department head.
* Verify calibration and validity of measurement equipment, including noise-emitting and non-noise-emitting devices.
* Verify storage and handling of critical materials, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
* Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company Administration System.
* Support implementation of the Administration System, including across Business Units, per corporate guidelines.
* Participate in internal and external audits for projects, suppliers, and subcontractors, as requested.
* Support awareness and training activities related to the Administration System.
* Support implementation, development, and standardization of the Administration System across Business Units.
* Track nonconformities, including recording, disposition, and corrective actions arising from audits, monitoring deadlines and effectiveness.
* Participate in corporate projects and programs, contributing ideas and suggestions aimed at process improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical qualification in Building Construction or currently pursuing a higher education degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
