Coordination with third-party companies and compliance control. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in administrative or operational roles related to facilities management. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance and infrastructure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and report preparation. * Knowledge of management systems and ERP is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and direct service requests related to building maintenance, * Provide support for infrastructure and general services activities, * Ensure company facilities are in optimal condition for use, safety, and cleanliness; * Prepare daily or weekly reports indicating the status of lighting, air conditioning, restrooms, and kitchen area; * Meet internal request response time targets (SLA), ensuring no equipment remains broken for extended periods; * Maintain updated maintenance schedules for air conditioning units, elevators, and generators; * Monitor monthly water, electricity, and waste expenses, identifying potential inefficiencies (e.g., leaks); * Assist in coordinating with third-party service providers (cleaning, security, reception, landscaping) and verify service quality; * Record preventive and corrective maintenance requests in a system or Excel spreadsheets; * Conduct frequent facility inspections to identify repair or improvement needs; * Assist in managing utility bills (water, electricity, gas) and compliance documents (AVCB, permits, elevator inspections). \*AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION FOR PCD (PERSON WITH DISABILITY) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary for this position? * What is your educational background? * Do you have experience in Facilities?
