The professional will be responsible for supporting departmental activities and ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. Responsibilities: * Manage electronic timekeeping and payroll; * Administer benefits and social charges; * Prepare labor-related reports and documents; * Provide assistance to employees and managers; * Monitor labor and union-related proceedings. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proven experience in HR department routines; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
