Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling financial documents, performing bank reconciliations, issuing invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable, while collaborating with teams to optimize processes. Collaboration with teams for continuous process improvement **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri: 08:00–17:00 **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ **Responsibilities** * Organize and control financial documents to ensure data accuracy; * Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure transaction compliance; * Issue and track electronic invoices (**NFe**) to optimize cash flow. * Manage and operate accounts payable and receivable; * Prepare periodic financial reports using **intermediate/advanced Excel.** * Update internal spreadsheets and systems to ensure administrative data integrity. * Perform payroll control and reporting, and submit payroll data to external accounting firms. * Handle personnel hiring activities. * Collaborate with accounting, sales, and all internal departments to integrate financial and administrative processes. * Contribute to continuous internal process improvement through data analysis and strategic suggestions. * Communicate\-with suppliers and customers to efficiently resolve financial issues. * Participate in budget planning to support the company’s sustainable growth. **Requirements:** **?? Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. **?? Technical Competencies** * Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Excel**, for report generation and financial control. * Experience with financial management systems and ERP software. * Knowledge of administrative and financial routines, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. * Knowledge of accounting/tax principles. * Knowledge of Human Resources functions. **??
