Contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement Description: IT IS WITH GREAT PLEASURE THAT GRUPO FERRONORTE OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES TO INTERNAL TALENTS; WE CURRENTLY HAVE AN OPENING FOR A SENIOR PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT Responsibilities and Duties \- PERFORM DAILY/WEEKLY REVIEW AND VALIDATION OF ELECTRONIC TIME RECORDS;\- IDENTIFY INCONSISTENCIES AND DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN TIME RECORDS AND WORK SCHEDULES; * MAKE MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS AND ENTRIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHED RULES AND AUTHORIZATIONS; * SUPPORT MANAGERS IN CORRECTING INCORRECT OR MISSING TIME STAMP RECORDS; * PREPARE REPORTS ON WORK HOURS MONITORING, ABSENTEEISM, AND TIME BANKS; * ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS REGARDING WORK HOUR CONTROL (CLT, COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS, AND CORPORATE POLICIES); * SUPPORT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS BY PROVIDING INFORMATION ON TIME RECORDS AND WORK HOURS; * CONTRIBUTE TO PROCESS STANDARDIZATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF TIME CONTROL PROCEDURES; * ASSIST EMPLOYEES; * SUPPORT BENEFITS MANAGEMENT AND OTHER RELATED DEPARTMENTAL OBLIGATIONS.
