Responsibilities and Duties * Support the recruitment and selection process, including candidate screening, scheduling, follow-up, and feedback. * Manage onboarding processes, including document collection and verification, registration, benefit enrollment, and personnel file organization. * Conduct new employee onboarding. * Perform daily management of electronic timekeeping, verifying absences, tardiness, and overtime, and adjusting records based on justifications and authorizations. * Support offboarding processes, including employee notification, documentation preparation, benefit cancellation, exit medical exams, and homologation follow-up. * Manage vacation records, advise employees, and support calculations with the Analyst/responsible area. * Provide assistance and guidance regarding benefits, payroll, and internal policies. * Issue and manage warnings and suspensions per management instructions. * Assist in monthly payroll processing, including data entry, verification, pay slip issuance, and monitoring of labor charges. * Prepare reports and metrics for the department (absenteeism, turnover, overtime, benefits, etc.). * Organize files and keep management informed about departmental processes.
