Your role will be essential in architecting and implementing end-to-end AI solutions that address real-world challenges in identity verification and fraud prevention, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and growing opportunities to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents. You will contribute across the entire AI development lifecycle—from research and prototyping to deployment and optimization in production environments—helping Certta grow with security, autonomy, and technical excellence. **What you will do** * Design, develop, and maintain production AI systems, with emphasis on computer vision tasks. * Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to drive innovation and accuracy in our products. * Build scalable AI pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration into our systems. * Contribute across the AI solution lifecycle: design, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. * Document technical decisions, models, and experiments to ensure maintainability and team alignment. **What you need to bring** * Solid foundation in Machine/Deep Learning and in algorithms, techniques, and tasks related to Computer Vision (e.g., classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, similarity search, etc.). * Strong programming skills in Python and substantial experience with AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, transformers). * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field—or proven professional experience in AI. * Prior experience in Natural Language Processing (e.g., text classification, template matching, named entity recognition, etc.) and Large Language Models (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG systems, Agentic AI, etc.) is a plus. * A Master’s or PhD with research in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or related fields is a plus. * Experience in other programming languages such as JavaScript and C\+\+ is a plus. * Experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is a plus. * Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) is a plus. * English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus. **More about you** * You are proactive, enjoy learning quickly, and are not afraid of challenges. * You can manage priorities, deadlines, and individual deliverables autonomously, with minimal supervision. * You possess a critical mindset to identify, analyze, and suggest improvements to area solutions and processes. * You balance execution with strategic thinking, paying attention to detail and committed to quality. * You are flexible in adapting to change and varying contexts, resilient, and emotionally intelligent. * You demonstrate good interpersonal relationships, collaboration, and courtesy with team members. * You share our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Responsibility, People First, and Execution Focus. **What we offer** At Certta, we believe work goes beyond the job description—it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where everyone has room to grow.
