Develop technical drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations. Conduct field surveys and measurements. Research and specify materials and finishes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration. Monitor construction progress and inspect on-site execution in accordance with the project. **Requirements:** ----------------- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Revit). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proactivity and organizational ability. Prior experience in hospitality or tourism projects is desirable. Portfolio showcasing academic or professional projects. Knowledge of technical standards and urban legislation. Problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
