Assistance in organizing documents and internal controls Support the company's administrative routines by developing professional, technical, and behavioral competencies through supervised practice, contributing to process organization, smooth information flow, and internal department support, in compliance with the Apprenticeship Program legislation. Perform supporting administrative activities under guidance and supervision, assisting in document organization, internal controls, customer service, and operational routines, aiming at professional learning and gradual development of administrative skills. * Assist in organizing, archiving, and digitizing physical and electronic documents; * Support maintaining and updating simple spreadsheets and reports; * Assist in entering and verifying information in internal systems; * Support telephone, email, and in-person customer service as needed; * Organize schedules, files, and administrative materials; * Support the department’s administrative routines as directed by leadership; * Support correspondence and document control; * Comply with internal regulations, procedures, and safety guidelines; * Participate in practical and theoretical activities of the Apprenticeship Program. * Support seasonal administrative tasks; * Demonstrate good interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and professional conduct; * Maintain the uniform, work materials, and brand image; * Comply with internal rules, procedures, and policies.
