Key responsibilities and duties of the program include: * **Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in agricultural mechanical and electrical maintenance**, learning best practices and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal operation of equipment and machinery. * **Explore other subsystems within the agricultural sector**, such as drone usage, welding, and other technologies, broadening your understanding of the diverse tools used in modern agricultural operations. * **Gain knowledge in planning and controlling agricultural maintenance**, understanding the importance of organization, planning, and execution of maintenance activities to optimize company processes. * **Expand theoretical and practical knowledge in related fields**, including opportunities to learn about other departments and functions, ensuring broader and more robust training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed Elementary/High School; * Aged between 14 and 23; * Available for theoretical and practical classes during morning and afternoon shifts; * Residing in Tapejara. **Additional Information** #### ***BENEFITS*** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * On-site Restaurant Meals (subject to area of operation); * Meal Allowance; * Transportation.
