Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of Gerot, defining its structure, criteria, workflows, and governance. * Conduct process mapping and redesign (AS IS / TO BE), applying critical thinking and focusing on operational efficiency. * Establish and ensure application of standards, procedures, and workflows, guaranteeing consistency and scalability. * Plan and conduct internal audits, evaluating process maturity and adherence to established standards. * Strategically manage non-conformities, focusing on root cause analysis, recurrence prevention, and effectiveness of corrective actions. * Develop, structure, and enhance performance indicators (KPIs), linking operations to business outcomes. * Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. * Create and deliver managerial and executive presentations, using storytelling oriented toward decision-making. * Serve as a technical reference, influencing departments and ensuring continuous evolution of Gerot and related processes.
