Job Summary: At Instituto Hardware BR, you will develop hardware projects with real societal impact, working on the full development cycle from schematic to prototype validation with a focus on reliability and efficiency. You will be involved in the entire hardware development lifecycle—from schematic design to prototype validation—always emphasizing reliability, efficiency, and sound engineering practices. * Design analog and digital circuits for signal acquisition, sensors, and power * Develop electrical schematics using CAD tools and validate them via simulation (SPICE/LTspice) * Create PCB layouts considering signal integrity and thermal management * Support sensor integration, data acquisition, and communication (Ethernet, USB, CAN) * Participate in prototyping, functional testing, and EMC/EMI testing * Collaborate with suppliers during prototype production and assembly * Integrate hardware with embedded software and mechanical structures **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience as a Senior Hardware Analyst/Engineer * Experience developing analog and digital circuits * Proficiency with design tools (Altium, KiCad, Cadence, or similar) * Experience with circuit simulation (SPICE, LTspice, or equivalent) * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical procedures * Effective communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork and timely delivery * Availability for 100% on-site work in the lab and technical travel **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with medical standards (e.g., IEC 60601\) and safety circuits * Experience with EMC/EMI and best practices for high-reliability routing * Prior involvement in R&D projects in healthcare or medical devices And for you, we offer the following benefits: * Meal Allowance * Fuel Allowance * Health Insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) * Life Insurance * On-site Parking * Birthday Day Off and more!
