Job Summary: Responsible for executing and controlling activities related to material receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution, ensuring inventory accuracy and meeting internal demands. Supporting improvement of logistics processes and internal controls * Responsible for executing and controlling activities related to material receipt, inspection, storage, organization, and distribution, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and fulfillment of requesting departments’ demands. Receive, inspect, and store materials according to invoices and purchase orders. Control material inflows and outflows in the system. Organize the warehouse safely and efficiently, adhering to storage standards. Pick and make materials available according to internal requisitions. Monitor minimum stock levels and report replenishment needs. Support improvement of logistics processes and internal controls. * Completed high school education (technical qualification in Logistics or related fields preferred). Prior experience in the role (mid-level). Knowledge of inventory and stock control. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). Organization, attention to detail, proactivity, responsibility, teamwork, good communication.
