Job Description: Aircraft Interior Upholsterer Job Summary: The Aircraft Interior Upholsterer at Solojet Serviços is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation of upholstery components inside aircraft. This professional plays a critical role in ensuring that aircraft interiors meet the highest standards of quality, comfort, and safety, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Upholstery Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on seats, panels, carpets, and other interior aircraft components, ensuring they are in perfect working condition. * Component Installation: Install new upholstery components, ensuring correct assembly in accordance with technical and aesthetic specifications. * Material Selection and Preparation: Select and prepare high-quality upholstery materials, ensuring suitability for aircraft use and compliance with aviation safety standards. * Quality Inspection: Conduct rigorous inspections to verify that completed work complies with Solojet's safety and quality standards, identifying and correcting any irregularities. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the maintenance and upholstery team to ensure operational efficiency and quality. * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of upholstery processes by proposing creative and efficient solutions to technical challenges. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school. Technical training in upholstery or related fields is preferred. * Experience: Proven experience in interior upholstery, preferably in aircraft or luxury vehicles. * Skills: Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
